Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, or more as needed
  • 4 (8 ounce) bone-in pork loin chops
  • 1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
  • ½ cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried crushed rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork chops and brown for about 3 minutes. Transfer chops to a slow cooker.
  2. Combine pineapple juice, teriyaki sauce, rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Pour over pork chops.
  3. Cover and cook on Low, 4 to 5 hours. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
