Ingredients

  • 4 hot dogs
  • 4 hot dog buns, split
  • 1 cup prepared creamy coleslaw
  • ¼ cup Carolina-style barbeque sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard, or to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Grill hot dogs until browned and heated through, 5 to 8 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
  2. Grill buns, cut-side down, until lightly golden, about 1 minute.
  3. Place hot dogs in buns and top with coleslaw and barbeque sauce. Drizzle with mustard.
